$18 a hour to do nothing in a tire factory, Ill take the cut in pay and make a ton of money in my free time.

It's only because of the fact that I'm working for the temp agency, which is the only way to get on at General tire, that Im getting paid 10 right now. Thats how temp agency's work, they take like half of what the company pays and then they give you their so called " wages " which happens to be 10 dollars an hour. I think you understand now. That was No BS. This is just a pretty good paying job once I get put on the company's payroll.

so thier trick is when you would get full pay, you get **** canned and they hire another new guy for half pay.



UPS does that around here, they **** can everyone before they can become union.

That happens to most of the CFA employees, depending on the job that they are doing. Q/A has virtually no Layoffs.
