i don't get what makes it boring because it's popular? i-pods are maybe one of the least boring things i can think of. stupid, popular things include: mitsubishi eclipses, popped-collar polos, saying "muh" and "holla". not i-pods, and especially not the nanos. i think i'm gonna go pick one up...maybe today. it's gonna rock for snowboarding!

I actually did a bunch of research on it, as of the moment it seems to be the best thing out there. (for price, storage, and flash memory)

Makes you think what we'll be listening to in the future. 6 years ago I paid €270 for one of the first mp3 players in Ireland, a Sony which was the smallest in the world at the time, and had the largest capacity of 64Mb. Now we have this which holds over 60 times that, is half the width, has a battery that lasts 10 times longer and is slightly cheaper to boot. What will we be using in another 6 years?

I've still got my 40 gig from a couple of years ago, scratched to hell face. It's the one with the 4 buttons seperate from the wheel, right under the screen.

just like computers. 6 months after you buy a brand new one it's already "out of date" because they come with 9943 Terrabite, 756523 Mb RAM, cd-rw, dvd-rw, continuom transfunctioner, 250" LCD display, automatic beer mug refiller, ice cube maker, card shuffler, and a swiss army knife....

I love it, I have spent all day putting music on it. I use it for exercise, seeing that I go to the gym 6 days a week. But now I just walk around the house with it on and sing along.

500 songs doesnt seem to be a lot until you try to fill it up!!!
