Yeah. I can never get it lean. I think I need to mount up a A/F gauge and be sure to watch it all the time so I don't detonate.

I did that yesterday.



I dumped some briquettes into my gas grill and fired it up. It worked great.



I also had a dedicated charchol grill for the burgers and dogs.
