The Guy I'm trying to set up a deal with does not have a site, but here are all the pics and specs I found on another site while gathering info:

Make sure you get the 49cc"super". not one of the smaller ones. His auctions range from $260-$340 as the winning bid, so if you are lucky you can get one cheap.
Again,, read closely , make sure it is the bigger one with electic start. Also, if you want, some of his bikes have auto-start and alarm features
