looks like there are bunch of people who were afraid to get on the plane when they saw the runway or are watching to see if you really can take off from it.

Japanese people are very interesting to converse with. We had an exchange student at my old school who knew very little english but knew exactly what my car was. We were able to talk about the manufacturing process and things of that nature all the time. He was a really good friend and gave me free Pocky. He gave me some one time that was some sort of Gourmet style, really fancy looking, like a damn cake.
