ahh okay i just happen to have owned a 4th gen for awhile...well i believe the differenct is very small. same digital dash layout, and center console setup....i beleive that there was a small compartment in the center console (where you'd rest your elbow in the middle of shifting) in the special editions and the VTEC model, but i'm not sure on years. on some si and on vtec models there is a control for something on the left tweater cover in the dash, and that the only differences i can think of of the top of my head.

The VTEC model also has a subwoofer built into the rear between the two seats... maybe an option in the Si also.

My brother has an S which is pretty basic.. no tweeters under those perfect mounts in the dash corners. The S is extremely reliable though with the same SOHC 2.2 4 banger that was in the 90-93 Accord.

well i had an si model. i had koni struts and groud control shocks, and a catback exhaust, and no lie i pulled a 15.1 at the track....vtec eat your heart out. probably the best handling FWD car i have ever driven, minimal understeer, and tourqe steer. a very fun car to own.

A friend of mine ran consitent 14.4's on street tires with basic I/H/E with the VTEC model and another buddy of mine was running 12.9's on a stripped Si with H22 swap. I love those cars.. great handling, looks, features and power.. I think they pretty much blew it with the generation after that.
