My car got hailed on once...luckily it was small ****. Is it something that would be covered by your insurance?

If you've got comprehesive, yeah it should be covered. That's why I always keep on an eye on the weather while the 3rd gen is out of it's garage. If there is even the possibility of a T-storm I usually won't drive it.

Sucks though, man. Sorry to hear it.

Look into the paintless dent removal guys, they can probably get it out without any bodywork or paint, its there specialty. Unless the paint was broken.

we had a huge hail storm back in 2001 and one of the cars at the dealership I worked at had 15 grand IN HAIL DAMAGE!!!

It sat in the detail bay for 4 months!

They finally repaired it and actually put it back on the lot!

you couldnt watch TV with out a commerical every 2 minutes about paintless dent removal! I even know one of the guys on a 1st name basis!

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA!

Ok I needed that this morning, the city of West Des Moines have the roads so screwed up it takes forever to get to work now.

Heck so much so that I drive the Neon most days and not the 7 as the 7 doesn't like low speeds due to various issues I've not decided to look into as of yet.
