my car got caught, there is no evidence that i was driving because it was only a photo, maybe i can bend the truth a little...
Getting out of a photo ticket is nearly impossible, and in most states, as soon as you argue, you're guilty.

Nope. I wanna say they stay on your insurance record for 5 years? Can anyone correct me on that?

It's 3 years for a ticket and 4 for an accident in NY, I think.

Lucky!

My record is about a page long. Although I only have 1 speeding ticket on there. But I do have a Negligent driving in the 2nd deg. Cops don't like it when you drink and drive, I blew a .049.

Its 18 months on your license in New York, from the date of conviction. Its 3 years and 4 months on your insurance from the date of conviction. Obviously violations that arent moving violations wont be on there, such as equipment tickets. Photo tickets wont go on your license because who is to say who was driving the car at the time, in New York we have red light cameras, red light will raise your insurance 50%, but if its a photo ticket, its only a fine. Your current policy may not pick up on it, but if you have violations such as stop light, red light, reckless driving, speeding, etc... you cant get away from it. We happen to have very high rates here in New York as is, im sure in other parts of the country they are better.

If he says your speed based on tailing you, then he has to have a second person in the car.

True... another thing is.... there was no way I was doing 88 in traffic! Plus if he was tailing me for as long as he says he was then he should of seen the bitch cut me off! I am fighting this one! Oh by the way he only had a rear mount radar no front mount one! He also took my insurance papers! Nice huh? So he left me driving illegally!!!! I will be bringing the up in court also! How he kept my paper work! What would of happened if I got pulled over again that night or got into a wreck? NO proof of insurance!!!
