Put my Hks transmission back in after overhaul. There is only one thing worse than body work and thats transmission installation.. Thanks to the big G helping me it didn't go to bad.

Its only been a conversation piece now for 2 years.. Its a pretty noisey mod, but damn fun.. It just about forces you to drive full throttle all the time.

I find the extra gear too much to get used to for me in the FC.

 

1st is pretty tall in this transmission. I always have to remind myself to shift through to 6th as well.

Pressure tested everything , since I don't drop boost between gears anymore, I now have a boost problem that was never there with the stock transmission, it's creeping to 15 now where as it was rock solid 10 before. Its weird that would cause it, but I guess not slowing the turbine down is the culprit.

Anyone got a 60mm gate?
