To catch up: I noticed the "lack of leadership" comment myself and was kinda offended since I had already volunteered... But as Shari said, I am a VERY independant woman and nothing makes me want to do something more than telling me I can't--so, this next BBQ twill be that much more of a success. I've had offers for help from people I've never met, let alone conversed with on a forum, as well as my closest friends and I want to thank everyone in advance for their offers and assistance.
