[indent]sunday night my wife and i were outside smoking, I look up at my rx7 acrost the parking lot and i see the door opening, and i watch some dude get out of my car look at me then lock the door and close it. So i took off running down the stairs and chase this fool accrost our apatment complex, im about 10 feet behind him and i yell at him to "better start running faster cuz im going to kick your punk ***" he then makes a hard left and jumps an 8 foot wall like its about 4 foot tall, im 36 and never could jump walls so i run around it.

I find him a couple of minutes later and he is with 3 other guys and they duck into another apartment. so i go home and call the cops.



2 hours later they show up, take the report, then procede to try and make me feel guilty for calling them since i couldnt find anything missing, and the damage to my car was "minor" he dammaged the ruber around the window where he used a coathanger to open the car, it was still in the car. they also told me i shouldnt have chased after him since if i caught him i could go to jail for assault. can you believe that i would go to jail for protecting my property since at that time i didnt know he didnt take anything.



oh ya and later that night after the cops left he went walking by my apartment again, i yelled at him, he ran but thist time i didnt chase him. I think im going to go buy a tazer unit so when they put me in jail at least ill have somthing to laugh about while i sit there.

 

Yea Im in so cal and had a guy break in my garage and try to steal a mountain bike and I chased him and tossed the guy on his face then let him go and calll the cops. They spent so much time dicking around and doing nothing not only did they scolde me for chasing the guy down but I got yelled at at work for being late with out calling.

 

The law is BS

im going out to buy a tazer, and cammeras, then he can call the cops when im done with him.

 

Is there a way to electrify the body of a car with a non-lethal electric charge, with maybe a hidden switch somewhere on the exterior?

 

dont think you can do the body of a car, too much paint and rubber, but there used to be a club that was a shocker 100,000 volts. it is now ilegal in most states though.
