is this decent?

My father's birthday was this last weekend and i am gonna be going back home soon so i figured i would get him something.

He just started smoking cigars so i figure this would be a nice little kit for him.

Is there something better than this that i should spend more money on.

If this thing is a POS then i dont wanna waste my money.
