Well, I guess it would be that bad. I drove a 3600 pound 530 yesterday and I bet I could spank most of you keyboard jockeys on any type of road.

A couple of large BMW sedans do pretty well at local autocrosses. They are about as fast as prepped VW rabbits.

Z8 isnt part of the 8 series. its part of the Z series, its name was also changed to the Alpina rodster.



8 series is also by far my favorite bmw. second fav is the E30 M3.

bmw+325= negative performance
yeah the 3 series are really low performance(except for the M3 or course) and are not worth the money its the cheapest bmw you can buy. i do agree that bmws are really awesome because for a while there the fastest production car in the world had a bmw motor in it. the McLaren F1
