just went to the local video arcade with my little brothers at the mall (to pass time before going to see elf) and they have this initial D simulator there. it's badass, and the FD is so fun to drive. one of the cool feature about it is that you can buy a card and save your upgrades to your vehicle on the card and load them each time you come back.

i love how the music is actually from the show

 

what sucks is that i've never actually seen the show......but the game was pretty badass, probably the most realistic feel ever in the steering wheel. there was actually resistence and feedback similar to actually driving.

In the arcade it was bad ***, had a cluthc, shifter, everything, it was impossible to drive when I was a kid, I bet i'd still suck at it.

 

What's the game with the red FC? It's an old *** stand-up driving game.

 

I suspect you're talking about "outrun" but that was a red ferrari

 

is hard drivin the one from the 80s or early 90s where there is a stunt course and you try to go though the loop? I think that's it.. that game was very BADASS.



And I did play the Initial D game.. so much fun!
