If it's gonig to be on a shirt it will be on a RotaryRendezvous.com **** Or maybe just the e-shaft and no website.

No low adhesive, but transfer paper might work. What exactly are you putting it on? Its 5 year vinyl, but with a little work it comes off.

Transfer paper won't work, you need MacTac Translucent Grey Spray Mask, it's cheap, like $15 for 11 yards.

oracle makes spray mask too, but last i checked you could only get the oracle vinyl in 50 yard rolls.
