It would be cool to make it motorized. I was thinking about this the other day; You get pulled over for have no front plate, motor puts it back down, tell the officer there is a front plate, he checks it, because its motorized it locks in place, so it doesn't move when they check it. Makes them look like an ***. Flip it back up and drive away.
That is exactly what mine does

I may start making/selling them soon

do you guys have to pay twice as much, since you have to get two tags? And what about when you renew them?

In jersey registration is once a year. The cost depends on private/commercial, and some other random crap. I just got my renewal today for the FD $43.50

red light cams catch you from behind not front

my friend just got pulled over yesterday because he didnt have a plate in front, he asked why, the cop said because the red light cams take the pic of the front. This also makes sence because if the light turns red when youa re more then your rear wheels are more then half way across the intersection then its ok, if not the it takes a pic form the front and if your rear is not half way the your front is visible to the camera on top of the pole facing you. And finaly i see the cameras every day, they face you from the front from the pole where the lights hang. Thats the deal in California at least.
