Had to order a clock that had broken for one of our planes. UPS dropped the box off today and I quickly opened it in excitement. They didn't send a clock though, but rather a brand new hobbs meter! Turns out the clock just needed a battery replaced, who knew.

its a gauge that measures time elapsed in hours
we got a bunch of equipment with 2.5" hobbs meters on them im sure his is some crazy kind ive never seen before however |
Ours measure time in six minute intervals. .2 on the hobbs is equal to 12 minutes, 1.0 on the hobbs being 60 minutes. I think all of ours are oil pressure driven.
