fmic=blocks air path to radiator and engine...er i shouldnt say blocks...constricts. extra fans for EVERYONE..
I figured that out, but shouldn't a 3 row (FOR EXAMPLE) provide enough cooling to sufficiently keep the engine from overheating? I mean, doesn't it produce more cool than a rad in the first place? Not very experianced with IC's and Rad's, so excuse the dumb questions.

if you have a cooling problem you will overheat regardless of FMIC or not. i would suggest upgrading your radiator although it isn't 100% necessary

Yea the idea is not to block air flow to the rad but unless your doing laps on a track with WOT for extended periods of time I dont think you would overheat.

I see tons of cars with front mounts and never hear of them overheating.

fmic will adversely affect airflow to the rad via restriction....

if you have plans on driving your car daily and track often...as in road course..

you will increase your temps in comparison with those without fmic..

regardless of whether or not its not extended periods of time and your runnin a bigger rad....

the motor will still be subjected to these increases in temps...still a detriment to your motor...
