Oh man, I know how that goes... buying a house is the worst experience I have ever had. First off just convincing me to take on that kind of debt (as I have never had any debt) was difficult, then the whole loan process... but it was all worth it. We have made $25,000.00 in equity in less than a year, plus the area we live in has no rental property so to live here you pretty much gotta buy.

Phinsup and I were talking on aim, when I mentioned to him about the server disconnecting on me when I was uploading a file. He said that vosko said it was lagging, and it broke or something..
I told him no.
he said "oops"
I said vosko broked it. heh, or something like that. I don't remember all of last night.
