I did a network test of my router last night, from computer to computer (100mbit) and all I got was around 40mbits! Anyone got any suggestions to beef that up? I have a feeling it was a problem with krystal's computer, not so much mine; she's got a laptop and I've got a desktop.

Nothing is 100%. It's physics.

Haha, but really, hard drives do not usually write at 100mbits/s so you wouldn't see a file transfer like that. The limitation is your computer, not the wire/router/switch/hub.
