Get some tubing, attach it to the master cylinder. Run it into brake fluid, fill the master cylinder. Work the master cylinder until you get no more bubbles
If it's on the car you can bleed it like you would the wheel cylinders you just have to loosen up the fittings. I don't like doing it this way myself.

if you don't have the tubes and fittings,,,,
clamp in vise, fill with fluid. cover each port with a finger. use a phillips head screwdriver to push the piston in(with fingers off the ports), when piston is fully depressed, cover holes with fingers and release piston, repeat about 4-8 times, done. It's messy, but it works!
