Damn things a year older than the KZ-400 I've got sitting in my garage. I need to ride that thing this spring. Anyone good with Mikuni carbs?

I don't think they did engineering feasability studies back in the day.

I rebuilt my Mikunis on my old sled, and tuning 2 was a bitch.

If the engine siezed at speed, yeah that would be dangerous.. Looks more like a factory defect than an actual bike..
