I was just contacted by my insurance company. Seems like I have been found to be 100% at fault for my accident. My adjuster was not able to explain to me why this is. Anyone in the Western Washington area know some good lawyers that work for free?

Man, don't say that. I know pro bonos have got to exist somewhere. If they don't then I might as well be bent over the kitchen table right now, because its all over except for the complimentary reacharound.

You can't get free legal aide to take someone to court, only to defend yourself against a charge filed against you.

I honestly doubt you will get anything from them, your only hope would be to take to a lawyer, pay him $100.00 to tell you if you stand a chance, then have him write them a letter if he does.

I had this exact scenario happen to me with the 83, ended up getting about 3 times what I asked for thanks to a lawyer, but I had an officer at the scene determine fault.

I dont know about pro bono...but if you contact your local (county) Bar Association, they can give you the names of a few attorneys in your area who will give a free initial consult. At least that way you can find out if you have a case at all. good luck.
