I went down to get some food on my lunch break and as I came back outside to get into my protege, some ricers who think they are hot ****(i work in a small town) go flying by like a swarm of yellow jackets...they all stare me down because they know what I've got sitting at home(the rx7) and all rev up as they pass...every one of the little *******! I have just noticed that everytime there is somebody you REALLY wanna **** up in a race...you don't have your car with you...or its being worked on etc...but as soon as your car is on the streets...nobody wants to race! its annoying...I just want to shut these lil MFers up...but oh well...

 

Yeah That happens alot.. Even without race stuff.. Whenever the competition is out there you never have your stuff like my truck with the sound system.. All kinds of people woulld ride up beside me and crank their shitty system up.. Then when I was in my truck I would hardly ever run into people like that..

 

There is probably a reason they only **** with you when you have the Protege and not the RX-7. They know you will kick the holy living **** out of them. Little chicken *****.



Take pride in the fact that maybe in a round about way they respect you and the RX-7 by not trying to challenge you when you have it on the streets. They know you will slaughter them. ust a thought coming from 3 rum and cokes. ( Damn... the letter that comes after the letter i in the alphabet still isnt working on my keyboard)

 

every time I'm at the garage working on my car at least one local drives by and revs his engine as he passes the driveway. Sometimes I think the locals are more anxiously awaiting my car to get on the road than I am.



Thing that annoys me is I don't even know these people, they must just drive by regularly and see the 350Z in the driveway, and the fiero under the car cover with 17" wheels, low profile tires, 12" rotors and 4 pot calipers sticking out the bottom... then whenever the garage is open the 7 on jack stands.



One guy stopped by the house apparently when I wasnt there and rang the bell, asked my dad what kind of car was under the cover It annoyed my dad because with his 350Z parked behind it, the fiero got more attention! hah. When he told him it was a fiero the guy wouldnt believe it, said he thought it was a ferrari or something, what a retard.

I get stupid V8's runnning up and down my street. The guy a few houses down has an SS camaro and another has an old 442.



Today I found a new place in town that sells a bunch of corvettes. No Z06's though. But their is a Ferrari sitting on the lot. I rev every time I pass by!

 

yeah... in my town we have them too... they're all the kids that i went to highschool w/. They just never left home, didn't wanna go to college, and are still putting on loud exhausts and big subs. Back in the day, during hs they always made fun of my cuz my parents wouldn't buy me a car. Now i'm workin on an 87 t2, and once i get it running, I WILL OWN THEM...
