oh it was a black 67 4 speed.. the only reason he liked it was because how easy it was to work on..

That is just a ignorant comment, a GTO can be made to handle EASILY.

You think they only sell upgraded suspension components for RX-7s?

They sell sway bars thicker then your arm for GTOs, every part needed from shocks-springs-bushings, etc, put some 17-18 inch rims on it and you can have it handle just as good.



Between my boss and his son they have 4 GTOs and 1 Lemans, they are nice cars and cannot in anyway be compared to a RX-7, apples and oranges.

But you will NEVER EVER see RX-7s in 30 years worth what GTOs are worth now, if they even survive.

well honestly unless you can take every part of a car apart and do the body

and paint and mechanicals yourself, your talking a easy $50,000 to have it restored

by someone else.
