It is basically a journal of Mark Twain travels around the world. He was not a rich man, but traveled the globe on a steam ship.

He's kind of hard to describe, kind of up beat soft rock maybe. He is great in concert.

If you like adventure writing check out "Paddle to the Amazon" by Don Starkell. A trip from Winnipeg, Manitoba to the mouth of the Amazon - by open canoe. The writing isn't Mark Twain of course, but the adventure makes up for it!
