but i'd suggest that you get that x rayed....... cuz if it is broken, the longer you wait the harder it is to correct
You know yourself best, if you've ever sprained your ankle. If you everted your foot it is VERY important to get an Xray as a hi %age of them result in smaller fractures. If it was inverted, which is what normally happened, just ICE it (15 on, 15 off, repeat).



I'm an AT, so this isnt a bunch of BS

That's sucks..I sprained my ankle on Sunday night and that **** swelled up pretty bad.

I could drive my FD for at least 4days. It's just gettin better, hope your s heel just as quick.
