ive been off in 240 land. yeah. i know.

its a pretty rad car. but its not me, its not a fc. its not the same.

i miss the exhaust note, the buzzes, the beeps. and how i could reach out the window and grab the rear sidewall from the drivers seat.



ive got the fc itch baaaaaaaaaad. i need another fc in my life.



its good to see a few old faces/names around here. seems like the days of funny pic wars and fiestas was so looooonng ago. maybe because it was like 6-7 years ago. ****. how've you guys been?

maybe someone will buy my 240 and then ill get a fc and come back here to bitch and moan about how it never works.

i looked at a shitty tii at an auction the other day. just sitting in it brought back the fc itch.

i wanted to buy it and save it but i was just looking it over because my father wanted to buy it and rehab it and sell it.

too bad it was beat and had 190k+ on it and hadnt run/been registered since 99. but i still wanted it.

it sold for $500, i kinda wished i wouldve talked him into buying it but it was probably more headache then it was worth.

your 240 is cool, but you dont have to have an rx7 to rock gen d, son.



if your 240 runs and drifts, just keep it. if you really want a drift rx7, youll have to wait for a good deal to come along otherwise youll be without the fun for a while man. it takes time to build a reliable fc out of an old cheap piece of ****

i missed out on all but the last 2 events this year because i sold the s14 for way more then it was worth and then put this heap together.

who knows how long till i could be back out if i swapsies and get a fc.

the logical thing to do is to keep the 240 for sliding fun and build a fc at the same time.

i just dont know if i can swing that.

$500 you should have bought it just to get the rear, trans, hood, etc... so you could turbo swap a NA car when you cant find a good TII!
