Heath Steven born today at 4:50, 6 lbs 9 oz., 19 3/4 in. Mom's doing good, they removed a cyst (looked like a bloody grape) and apparently they discovered a second uterus, weird. Heath didn't feel like breathing for 5 minutes, so they had to do it for him. He's still on oxygen and mom hasn't even been able to see him yet, but he should be fine and she should be able to hop in a wheelchair and see him soon.

We had a c-section scheduled for 12/8, but Edna started having contractions, and they didn't want her to go into full-blown labor, so the doc decided to go ahead and do it today.

Forgot my cord for the camera, so no pics uploaded.

They weened him off the oxygen early this morning, and his mom was able to see him for the first time, so that was nice!

Heath is still restricted to the nursery, his breathing is still not 100%. They took him off oxygen last night, but anytime he's moved his breathing speeds up and is labored, which is bad. If it doesn't improve, he'll have to be moved to another hospital to the NICU, which would royally suck. It's hard enough on us now, not being able to hold him whenever we want. But we know it'll be ok, he improved since last night, but he's just not well *enough* yet.

Congrats man, complications with anything like that is always tough, I hope everything turns out fine! Even if he does endup in NICU its for the best.
