This actually very very sad.
"the loan comes to 800 every 4 months, insurance is 350 every three months, and i use my gas card and pay, on average, 50 a month in gas. So monthly i am only paying 50.00 on the car. then 50.00 on my phone, so 100.00 a month in bills."
Let's see here children, 800/4=200, 350/3 (which is way less than he would pay for insurance)=116.66, 50 phone bill Grand total of 366.66 per month
I can't beleive someone is eating this **** up
