Do the "people that aren't buying hookers are having sex in cars all over" only limit their activities to after dark?

 

Nope, that was my point actually, you want to crack down on hookers, when it isn't necessarily them causeing the problem.



What you just said was my orignal point exactly. You say you wanna crack down on hookers cause they are ******* in front of your house, then turn around and say that it isn't hookers in front of your house in the daylight...
