I watched all 3 races last night. The Supras won the 2nd and 3rd races while a Honda NSX won the first race. It was fun to watch though. That Viper that spun out creating all the dust and then deciding to driver through it, what a retard. He nailed one of the leading Supras in that race head on. Then the MAzda RX7 blew the 3rd race when he caused 2 accidents in a row, the 1st one took out someone else and the 2nd one took him out and a few others. The GT300 seemed to have alot more accidents than the GT500 but an NSX took the cake for worst accident in the 2nd race when he flew straight into the wall, I don't know if his brakes failed or what but he just drove right off the track and *SMACK* right into the tire wall at around 100mph.

They have the 3SGTE engine put in them for this race series. Same with the MR-S. But the Supras do it for lighter weight and to put that weight closer to the center of the car. They can make just as much power with it, so it suits them better than the I6 engine.

That Viper took out Wayne Gardners Supra. He used to race bikes a while back. JGTC teams hire a lot of foreign talent to drive the cars.

I was expecting the SpeedTV treatment to be worse. Not bad actually. Hell, it was on the best time slot instead of being on at 3AM fighting with Billy Mays and the Intake Tornado for viewership. BTW, they are not "Pit Queens" Mr. Limey Announcer, they are Race Queens.

All the races were pretty much overran with NSXs and Supras. The RX7 was nowhere to be found except that one yellow FD in GT300. I was also suprised by the amount of Nissans, or as he called them NISSINS, that did so poorly. I figured the Skylines would do better, hell the Silvia was a better race car in those races.
