no offense directed dave..

but it takes one with ego to be so concerned about someone elses ego...

is it that difficult to disregard... isnt there a filter you can use to block his posts if need be...

This is true to a degree. I should point out that I was already annoyed with the guy for a seperate issue. On a similar topic as you already mentioned it takes one to know one. No offence

That's almost as funny as Jim Labreck patting himself on the back for claiming to be a great RX7 innovator. Let's see, he "innovated" the idea of using stiffer bushings in a RX7. I think he really believes that is innovative.
I didn't innovate the idea of stiffer bushings. I innovated the bushings themselves. I don't know which is funnier; that you aren't able to tell the difference between the two, or that it bothers you so much that you posted this crap.

Kevin is quick to correct someone that he is in fact the one who designed the ASP/M2 style intercooler. Wow! you are the one who determined the shape of those end tanks huh? I have to shake this guys hand. M2 is so unoriginal they decide to use his design instead of taking thier own measurements. Amazing. Now he is thrilled that he had the wits to make a dimple in the pipe to retain the air pump. Well thats great and all but jezz these guys want recognition for simple problem solving.
Spoken like someone who's never made anything themselves.

If it was just simple problem solving, why didn't you step up to the plate? Where are all of your great contributions to the rotary community? Have you ever developed a product or come up with a new way of doing something? No, you'd just bolt on things other people made or modifications they thought of and tried first and then attempt to belittle them for doing it and wanting a little credit for it, apparently. If that doesn't make you just about the pettiest little **** around, I don't know what does.

Somthing any hotrodder would just do out of common sense. Hey these guys are innovative.
If "any hotrodder" with common sense could do it, then why didn't you?? Once again, where are all the parts you've developed? I want to buy some of the stuff you've innovated. I mean hell, you're so smart that there must be dozens of things you've made or come up with that would benefit us all, right?

I'm not knocking that they make these parts
Sure you are.

I think it's God damned ridicoulous the way they have gained such huge egos over it though.
Smells a bit like jealousy to me...

You would think they completely re-designed the rotary engine from the way they rattle thier sabers. Although Jimmy gave up on rotaries and went with easy LS1 power. Must be scared.
Yeah, scared of the stinky, loud, inefficient, and totally reliable rotary engine.

I don't give a crap.
It seems to me that you do, or you wouldn't be making a career of whining about it...

Correction. It takes someone with a bruised ego to be so concerned about someone else's...
