I had my named changed when I was ten from Daniel Avery Newsome to Daniel Newsome Stoughton. My dead beat father's name was Newsome, my grandfathers name on the dead beat side was Avery. I grew up with Stoughtons, which if you do your history can be traced back to the Salem witch trials. Our family tree goes directly back to Judge Stoughton, who killed witches.

I am directly descedent of Robert E. Lee on my mothers side. My fathers side are French and came over in the 1700's. Casper Clair, my great x10or so Grandfather was the first of my family to come to America.
