As long as you purchased the game...and still have a copy of it laying around somewhere you can get a no cd patch...same with anything else really...just don't do it unless you really purchased the game...

it's really sad that this country is so touchy with copyright issues...
I think I may still have the modding tools around here...somewhere...could possibly create a REPU or anything else for that matter...but i'd need some good pictures
