The kids like these. I use our electric griddle, set at around 325. Lay on a slab of real butter (Land O' Lakes) and spread it to the size of a piece of bread as it melts. Take a slice of Borden's American Cheese Food (don't use real cheese or the kids won't like it), put it between two slices of Wonder bread and plop that puppy down on the griddle, being careful to center it on the spot of melted butter. Flip it over after a couple minutes, being sure to lay down another butter slick for the other side to brown in. Few minutes later, she's ready to satisfy! Woot!

My son never liked the fake cheese, we buy the pre-sliced cheddar and havarti. Butter the electric griddle, slap down the 2 pieces of bread (again somehow he likes "high fiber" bread, healthy is good!) with REAL cheese, butter the top side and flip. Yum!

Goes great with chili.
