OK..so maybe i cheated a little



change your keyboard settings for shortest time delay before repeat and fastest repeat rate.



cut off the three middle fingers, but don't cut off the thumb or pinky, this leaves the longest sweep of the knife, and most time to get successfull stab in between.



in early levels, just hold the spacebar down



if you want to cheat even more, you can edit the registry to make repeat rate even faster, but i don't have ADMIN privs here
