these are the Dahon Boardwalk 7 speeds, weighs like 28 lbs. Really comfy too, even though the tires are 20 inch the ergonomics are perfect.

i didnt get a book report about the bikes in their car, but they unfolded and looked just like yours. they looked awkward but like you said they feel comfortable while riding.

I been seeing bikes (i think they fold) with actual seats and seatbacks on them . The pedals are far up front near the headset of the bike.

the only issue with those is it's impossible not to look like a complete douchebag while riding one.

when you take them off the boat to cruise around no one cares, I hope they have off road tires and suspension for those dusty dirt roads in Coooosta Rican

awesome! I got a new bike yesterday too! Only I stole mine from a Deflt Technical University student in holland. And I spray painted it! yessssss....
