thanks guys, it needs some work but its got a good foundation if you know
what I mean, meaning its worth putting the work into and out of the 35 houses
I looked at I kept wanting this one more and more.
It has a basement, 3 bedrooms, I do want/need to expand the garage which wont be
until next year.
The thought has crossed my mind of selling my vert to help fund a full dormer
for the upstairs to move one of the bedrooms up there and put a diningroom
downstairs. But if half the side jobs I have lined up this early in the season pan
out I should be in good shape and I wont have to go to that extreme
