Finally, after 6+ months of aggrevation, I got my contract for my house,

have to wait for her kids to finish the school year, but I have a closing date of June 30th, hopefully it sticks to that date!

I was thinking of a BBQ at the private beach for RX-7s, they have a clubhouse that residents can rent for some super cheap price, like $75 or something, I think it would be cool, its a few blocks from my house.
