WHOO HOO Life is back to normal!



I want to check how fast the connection is here, but bandwidth place doesn't offer free speed test any more. Where else can I test my speed?

I got 3.2 mps the first week I was hooked up, I think that was the "impress the new customer week" no I get 1.3 to 2

Bla bla bla You're just jealous of the download speed...That's actually lower than it has been in a while, and we have had the connection for over a year...Its alright but it could be better. For what we pay, its all in the goodness, though.

 

Looks about the same as Wilmington, i'm happy.

 

Any of you guys go from a Cable modem to 256K DSL??? Talk about SLOW! Man that sucked. I tried it for 20 minutes and realized how much it sucked. I tried a DL from AOL and I was getting about 30k/sec! Needless to say I switched to cable and am now getting a nice 300+k/sec on average! I only have about 6 people on my node
