I was coming home from work with a buddy of mine he has a black 240 and some stupid *** old lady T-Boned us on the passenger side. I just got home from the hospital I have 2 broken ribs a fractured collar bone i got 8 stitches on my leg and i have a minor concussion im also sore from head to toe. it could have been worse alot worse she was driving a jeep Cherokee and hit us pretty hard car is junk and im in pain. At least she has good insurance Allstate and medical bills and what not are being paid for. im not going to sue but my buddy is all i want is lost wages ! ! !



Damn old people should be required to pass more strict driving exams to prove driving ability. I see some old people driving that can barley see over the steering wheel and that is what has me pissed as how people like the lady that hit us is even allowed on the street. She says that she thought the flashing red was to continue with caution we had flashing yellow she had flashing red.

 

That is similar to what happened to me on Friday. Guy ran red light and nailed front left wheel. Totaled my Millenia.



Glad you're OK, a little fucked up, but alive. Luckily all involved with mine were unharmed.

 

Yeah a little fucked up but alive. My fatass kinda saved me this cushion wasent used for the pushing but absorbing 2 tons of impact force LOL. Every cloud has a silver lining im at home getting some rest my store director let me use my vacation time while im out so im going to get paid for 2 weeks plus my lost wages through the insurance. Now i can work on the RX-7 inside the garage in agonizing pain.

 

Gotta admit, that's a plus!

It ain't gonna happen. At lot of people feel like older drivers have paid their dues. They're entitled to take a few young whippersnappers out. Seriously, do you know the kind of political clout an organization like AARP has? They're like an 800-lb gorilla.
