Good News:

Your girlfriend knows a guy selling an FB. You've spoken to him, and he's offered to hold onto it so that next time you visit your girl, you can take a look at the Seven.



Bad News:

The next time you visit, you can't get a hold of him.



Good News:

Prom. You're going with your girl, and he'll be there. You both agree that before the after party, you'll pop by his house and take a look at the car.



Bad News:

Guy's dad - impatient to get it out of his garage - sells it without the guy knowing... before you even get there.



Good News:

You knew it needed an alternator, and that was no biggie, but it turns out that about 2k will need to be dropped into the car before she's decent.



Bad News:

You have to go FB hunting once again.
