i deeply apologize for trying to help my friend dave out, i figured i would give it a shot though.





Baldy, a slide throttle opens up clearly and there is no obstruction in the inlet path, If you look at your throttle body you'll see that even at full throttle the butterfly creates turbulence. A slide throttle greatly increases motor response and basically, gives the motor a "mainline" of air/fuel mixture. It is usually used on full race peri. port motors and really hardcore allmotor class drag racers.



Vinny Ten, Craig Paisley, and quite few DC Sports all-motor class RX7 guys all love his stuff.
