good morning log in road...

I was driving to work this morning, still on the on-ramp getting onto the interstate. Car in front of me runs over a log in the road, which kicks it up, and it lands right on my windshield. Hit the windshield hard enough to knock glass all the way into the back seat, in addition to all over me and pretty much everywhere else inside the car. I didnt get hurt though, and Im glad I had my sunglasses on this morning.

Ouch! No actual body damage though? Glad you didn't get that in your eye!

Theres a 2" dent on the back edge of the hood, you can kinda see it in the pic. Im repainting the car in 3 weeks anyways, so Im not worried about that.

Did the person in front of you pull over?

Did you scream like a little girl when it hit your windshield or just go "Hooooooooly..." just as it hit?

Good lesson to learn here: If you were in a lowered miata the log would have flown over you...
