So went back to the mall yesterday with my only purpose being to talk to a girl who works up there and always looks at me when im around. She works in one of the cell phone places in the center of the mall by the food court. I guess it starts off bad becuase after waiting around a while for her to not be busy i decided to sit on a bench about 15 feet away from the her. She notices me and looks over a few times trying not for me to see her, and then walks out and over to me. I was thinking maybe she was going to say something to me so i waited and didnt say anything and waited to long and said nothing and she walked right past me; But she was looking at me as she went by. So after that shes back at her work helping more people so i couldnt just go up there and talk to her. Eventualy after waiting around another 30-45 minutes i walk by and shes gone. I figured maybe she had left work and i would walk through the food court first just to make sure she wasnt there before finaly going home. Turns out she was in the food court so I walk up to her and when i get closer i realize shes on her cell phone(using headset so i couldnt tell at first) I was already real close to her table so instead of looking stupid and turning around i just went up and said hi and asked if i could join her. She smiled said yes and i sat down. And then she went back to talking on her phone.. After sitting there a minute i just said "im sorry, your busy I'll just leave" and that was it. So in my mind that wasnt good...

 

wtf, sounds like junior high.

at least you talked to her, otherwise you would have just seemed more like a stalker. you should have waited longer than a minute for her to get off the phone though, imo.

 

well i think it was longer than a minute and she didnt seem like she was getting off anytime soon, so instead of being rude i just left.

if you were serious, i wouldnt agree in this situation. if you waited for a couple of minutes and she just kept talking then you shouldnt wait for her, if you did and you guys started dating or something she would think you would wait for her all the time and do anything she wanted, which you dont want. she would get it in her head that she could walk all over you
