my only experience with rotary performance was a bad one................i called about a problem i had, and they basically told me that they wouldnt help me unless i brought my car in, refused to offer advice over the phone.

 

they are so busy they dont have time to do stuff on the phone

i think evils car is in his garage. i dont know if he got it going yet or not. i know he got that new turbo in but other than that who knows

 

yeah, i understand that they are busy, but as a business it's shitty to do that to a customer. i'm never gonna buy anything from them just cause one tech was a dick to me.

 

if a business acts like they care about my problem and tries to help me, i'm gonna thikn of them more highly than some ******** who blow me off

 

its running ok right now, except for the 5mpg part its running better than it was when i got it

I bought parts from them twice. The first time was a big pain. I gave them a second chance, and the second time was WAY worse. I wouldn't even trust them to change my windshield wiper blades. :P
