the place isnt fully done..the shop still has to be finished and there are still some wires sticking out of the ground for the desks...i guess if u walked in and said im buying that and you were serious you could..but they might not have all the paper work ready and everything like that..

 

It would be stupid to turn down a millionaire with a huge grin on his face and money coming out of his pockets now wouldnt it!
