He's cool. We're friends. Not like busm buds... But I got his back.
I'm an innocent bystander as far as I'm concerned.
If they break up, and I pick it up. It's not my fault. I can't help feelings. And the worst feeling is knowing you didn't give something a try. I'd understand if I were in his place. I've been there. I'd much rather see someone happy than ruin a friendship. Not like she's not going to date anyone else. Might as well be someone who'll treat her right.

if thier relationship is declining, and having nothing to do with you, then there is no foul, he maybe kind of unhappy for a bit that you picked it up right after him, but it will manifest in the form of "dude, you dont want that ****, she is a bitch" or some such comments, and if he is retarded, and gets upset that you are tagging something he lost, remind him that she asked you, if that don't work, maybe he isn't the kind of guy that you want as a bud.
