Getting Jacked...
#11
3-4 on most weeks, If I'm feeling particularly beefy, I work out 6 days. sundays are always break days from lifting, but I jog or run every day. I also Walk 18 holes of golf every once in a while.
I'm up to 220 with like no fat now. I have hit 220 before, but had my body fat percentage too high ( you couldn't see or feel it, but I guess it was mixed into the muscle)
its gone now.

Mine do. they're not huge, but my skin is pulled good and tight across them. no 1/2 inch of cush like I used to have.
how low do you think it would be for a doc to say somethin about it?
and btw, I don't take any medicine or anything. I drink protein shakes and eat zone bars some, but not even that every day.

Is that true? There's one of two ways they show, and mine is the worse-off kind. My ab's show most of the time only because I'm not fat, not because the actual ab muscle is big/strong. At least that's what some buff dude I was talkin with told me lol
I want a bit more than what I have but nothing crazy, I dunno, being "big" is kind of like a car with a body kit...*shrug*

Yeah its true, you gotta have low body fat ratio for them to show through. I know guys that can crank out 150 situps in 2 min. Abs are strong as ****, but they dont show through cause they have a bit of a gut.
